About that soft addiction thing…

Night before last… i – in all my blondness, went and dropped my iPhone, this of course isn’t breaking news as i have done this before. On many occassions. The BREAKING NEWS was the fact that – this time. The screen shattered.
And so did a little piece of me.
A little over dramatic you ask yourself. Fear not – i asked myself this very thing mid my 82nd tantrum yesterday.
I love my iPhone. I love my iPhone very much. I love everything about it.. the way it looks, the fact i get emails on it, sms’ing, calling, twitter, the blogging application, surfing the net, my sudoku application, the camera and all those about 14GB i really don’t use.
The iPhone is the vessel that houses all my Soft Addictions in one. [yes www.youporn.com has an iPhone site too]
And so a few weeks ago, when the world drew my attention to the concept of Soft Addictions via *that* article in the Cleo, i took note. Mild note – the kind of note you take of movie trailers at NuMetro when you’re about to watch the Movie of the YEAR.
Clearly the world understands this kind of dismissive note. And decided that things needed to be stepped up a notch.
At R1889 for repair and a protective case + 5 works days to wait.
I’m taking Fucking note right now.
